Donations made to Kindness Welfare Association are voluntary contributions to support our charitable activities, including Daily Food Seva and animal welfare programs.

1.2 Non-Refundable Policy

All monetary donations made through our website and payment partners are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it will be utilized for program expenses and community impact as stated.

1.3 Error Resolution

If you have made a donation in error or face technical issues while donating, please contact us at kindnesswelfare@gmail.com with donation details. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. In-Kind Donations

In-kind contributions (food, clothing, materials) will be used for charitable purposes and are not refundable. We commit to using such items responsibly for the beneficiaries we serve.

3. Event Payments & Fees

If your payment is for a specific event or fee-based program, cancellation and refund terms (if any) will be described at the time of registration. Please contact us to inquire about refunds for event cancellations.
